How does online booking work?
Select your service to view pricing, packages, and availability
– Choose a date and wait for the calendar to load
– Select a package and allow options to refresh
– Pick a photographer from the dropdown (portfolios available at bottom of page)
– Choose a time slot and click Continue
– Enter your contact details and location preferences
– Check “I agree to the terms” and click Continue
– Review all details, enter payment information, and click Submit
You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately. If not visible in your inbox, check your spam folder.
What’s the difference between photographers and filmmakers?
Browse each artist’s bio and portfolio to see their work, style, and reviews. Book a photographer for stills, a filmmaker for video, or both together. For combined or complex bookings, email for a custom link
I haven’t received my confirmation—what should I do?
Check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it, email or message us on WhatsApp—we’ll resend right away.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Cancel 10+ days before: Full refund minus a 10% admin fee.
Cancel within 10 days: No refund.
Email all requests to support@kissinparis.com as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and cash. A 50% retainer secures your booking; the balance is due by your session date.
How do I book multiple services or dates?
