What is the best time of day to propose at the Eiffel Tower — sunset, blue hour, or night?
Sunset into blue hour is the most popular window — golden light, then a deep-blue sky with the Tower’s hourly sparkle just after dusk. The Eiffel Tower sparkles for five minutes on the hour from nightfall to 11pm — extended to 1am during peak summer when the Tower stays open later. Sunrise gives you the softest light and a full day of celebrating ahead; night gives you the sparkle, but requires professional lighting so you are not in silhouette.
How do we keep the proposal a surprise while travelling together?
Booking confirmations go by email to whichever address you specify. Day-of coordination runs through a private WhatsApp group — renamed to something innocuous — a work group, a travel logistics group — with you as group manager, so you can adjust it as you see fit. Only the people the proposal needs are in it: floral design and production, photographer, video, musicians, and performers. Cars are coordinated separately. The photographer arrives early to test light and angles and to position musicians, video, and any other vendors on the rooftop before you and your partner arrive.
What if it rains on my proposal day?
Light rain photographs beautifully, and we proceed as planned — the Tower and skyline remain lovely in any weather. Heavy rain may allow a one- to two-hour timing adjustment depending on rooftop and vendor availability. However, vendors often charge a premium for short-notice changes, and some may not be available at all. Refunds are not offered either way: the rooftop is locked in advance, and our team plans the day around your booked slot.
