We set everything up before you arrive. Your day-of coordinator runs a private WhatsApp chat with a neutral name, shares live location, and sends short cues—when to approach, from which direction, where to position yourself—so your photographer gets clean coverage without you managing timing. You stay for your reserved window; we handle the breakdown after you leave.
How private is a picnic proposal in Paris—and can we get Eiffel Tower views?
A picnic proposal is a public setting designed to feel calm, not a private venue. We reduce attention with timing, positioning, and a discreet photographer, but we don’t promise “no people” in a park or viewpoint. For Eiffel Tower views, Champ de Mars and Trocadéro are the classic options; the exact spot depends on timing and conditions on the day.
What happens if it rains or the location becomes unavailable?
We plan for weather and aim to keep the proposal on track at the confirmed location. If conditions shift, we can usually make small adjustments within the package—minor timing tweaks, a tighter run-of-show, or nearby cover when the location allows it.
A major time change or a full location move is a different level of work (resetting the setup, transport, and re-staging), and it isn’t included in a day-of coordination package by default. If it’s possible on the day, we’ll confirm options and any surcharge before we act.
If you want pre-secured backups and the ability to change the plan at short notice, full-service planning is the better fit.
