Your planning team
Chantelle Streete is our co-founder and executive planner. She trained Nadia, Margaux and Radima, each of whom now leads her own events. Nadia is our most senior planner after Chantelle. For an exceptionally complex celebration, or if you would like Chantelle involved alongside your planner, we can discuss her participation for an additional fee.
Each planner has her own style and works with the same Paris team, venues and vendors. You can plan from abroad in English or French, or in Russian with Nadia. Open a profile to see her work and hear from her clients, or browse the proposals and weddings planned by our team.

What to expect from your planner

One person from start to finish
Once you’ve met your lead planner, she’s the person you speak with through the event itself. She knows which choices you’ve made, why they matter to you and where you’d like her ideas.

A whole team behind her
Your planner works with our Paris team and the people who know your venue. She keeps track of your budget, vendor timings and approvals, so you know what’s agreed and what still needs a decision.

There on the day
Your lead planner runs the team on site. If dinner runs late, a table has to move or rain changes the plan, she works it out with the people there. You can stay with your guests.

Who will be our lead planner?
We match your lead planner to your date, the scope of your event, your language and the way you like to work. You’ll know from the start who is responsible for your plans and how to reach her.
Can we request a particular planner?
Yes. Tell us if you would like to work with Chantelle, Nadia, Margaux, or Radima when you inquire. We confirm the match once we have checked availability and the support your event needs.
Will Chantelle personally plan our event?
Chantelle leads her own events. Nadia, Margaux and Radima were trained by her and lead their events independently. If your celebration has an exceptionally complex scope, or you would like Chantelle involved alongside your planner, we can discuss her participation for an additional fee, subject to availability.
How will we communicate from abroad?
You can plan with Chantelle in English, with Margaux or Radima in English or French, and with Nadia in English, French or Russian. Nadia also speaks basic Spanish. Your lead planner stays in touch by WhatsApp, email, phone, and video calls, so you can talk through choices before you travel. Tell us your preferred language when you inquire.
How is full-service planning different from day-of coordination?
Full-service planning includes developing the plans, arranging venues and vendors, managing the budget and schedule, and coordinating the event itself. Day-of coordination carries out plans you have already made. Nadia, Margaux or Radima can confirm vendor timings, oversee agreed setup so the setting is ready when you arrive, and coordinate cleanup. They can also help arrange additions such as Champagne, a musician, video, or transport to dinner. Chantelle leads full-service planning and does not take day-of-only bookings. Can we arrange photography, film, or private travel too?
Yes. Your planner can discuss photography and film with our photography and film team, and private travel with Chantelle. Tell us about the days around your celebration as well as the event itself, so we can confirm what to include in your plans.
