She helps clients understand the possibilities and develop their ideas, with work spanning design, partner coordination and the event day itself. She explains her recommendations so clients can decide what feels right for them.
A Paris native who studied arts and scenography at the Sorbonne, Nadia considers how a setting’s proportions, architecture and light will shape the celebration. At Musée Jacquemart-André, she chose a tall floral installation to suit the room’s high ceilings. On an Eiffel Tower terrace, she takes a different approach, keeping arrangements low so the flowers frame the view.
She also helps couples assess how to use their budget well. For one couple considering a garden proposal, she recommended a rooftop setting that could bring the proposal, dinner and an overnight stay together at a comparable cost. She applies the same care to timing, considering sunset, blue hour and the tower’s lighting in relation to the atmosphere the couple wants.
Working with Nadia
Nadia starts by asking about the person you’re celebrating. She wants to hear what they love, what would surprise them and what you already have in mind.
Nadia works alongside Chantelle Streete, our co-founder and executive planner.
From there, she works with you on the design and speaks frankly about the choices. Her relationships with Paris’s palace hotels, venues and creative teams help her work out what is possible, what needs more time and where another approach would serve you better.
She is just as interested in how the celebration works: where the light falls, when the musicians begin, and how the surprise gives way to dinner. You know which decisions need you, while she coordinates the people carrying them out in Paris.

At Musée Jacquemart-André, Nadia painted four scenes from a couple’s life. The canvases stood on gilded easels among the flowers for the proposal, then went home with the couple.
