The two of you
It may be just the two of you, or a few people you want beside you. You may already know your vows, or still be deciding what this day should feel like. We begin there, then plan the ceremony and timing, design the setting and flowers with you, and coordinate the team on the day.
Our elopement planning fee is quoted according to the scope of your celebration. Your lead planner coordinates the agreed people and timing: the flowers arriving, the celebrant ready, photography and film working to the same plan. You can concentrate on each other.
Dinner, accommodation and arrangements for accompanying friends or family can extend the celebration by additional agreed scope and quotation. We confirm your lead planner and working language before booking.

YOUR ELOPEMENT IN PARIS
Your vows, with the Eiffel Tower in view.

Your celebration
Start with what you would love the day to include. Your planner helps you choose the setting and services, then connects those choices into a schedule that works for you.
A setting for your vows.
Your planner brings the ceremony setting, flowers, celebrant, photography and film into one schedule, including arrival and supplier preparation.
Tell us who you would like beside you. We confirm guest numbers, seating and access for the chosen setting before booking. If your plans now include a larger guest list and a reception, see our wedding planning service. Weather arrangements are discussed in advance, with the available alternatives, decision-making and any extra charges made clear. Our Paris wedding guide explains the wider planning decisions.
For an elopement at Shangri-La Paris, tell us your date, guest count, and what you have in mind. We’ll discuss the ceremony setting and celebration with you, then confirm availability, accommodation requirements, and the quotation before you book.

Stay for dinner. Or continue into Paris.
Dinner is an optional addition, quoted separately. A private salon at Lapérouse offers a room for your party with butler service, through our negotiated dinner arrangement. The salon is private; the rest of the restaurant remains in use.
Choose a table in a restaurant’s main dining room if you enjoy other diners around you, or ask about private dining on the residential rooftop. We confirm the arrangement for your date and chosen setting.
The music, the toast, the ride.
Choose a violinist, Champagne or a vintage car if they belong in your plans. We confirm the arrangements and costs with you.
Services by quotation
- Master violinist
- Photography coverage
- Film coverage
- Professional night lighting
Champagne and vintage-car arrangements are quoted for your choices.
Your planners

Chantelle

Nadia
Senior Planner & Artist
Nadia brings clear recommendations and a painter’s eye to the plans. She works in French, English and Russian, and can assist in basic Spanish. Tell us your preferred language when you inquire so we can confirm the right support.

Radima
Event Planner
Radima works with venues, photographers, musicians and the wider Kiss Me in Paris team, arranging access, briefing suppliers and keeping the next steps clear. You can plan with her in English or French. We confirm her availability and role for your celebration before booking.

How planning works
A conversation, a clear plan, then Paris. Tell us what you have decided and where you would welcome our advice.
01. Tell us what matters
Share your date or travel window, who will join you, and the parts of the celebration you have in mind. We discuss the planning support and services you would like us to arrange.
02. Confirm the setting and scope
We establish what is possible for your date, then confirm the setting, services and full quotation. Your agreement sets out the arrangements, payment schedule and relevant venue or supplier terms before you commit.
03. Preparation and production
Your lead planner connects the suppliers, arrivals, ceremony and transport, with the agreed weather arrangements in place. On the day, the team works from the same schedule, leaving you room for the reason you came.

Questions we hear first
How much does elopement planning cost?
Our elopement planning fee is quoted according to the scope of your celebration. We can arrange the venue, ceremony, flowers, photography, film, transport and dinner, with the chosen services and their costs agreed separately before booking.
Can we choose the services and request an alcohol-free alternative?
Yes. We agree the services with you before booking. An alcohol-free alternative is available. Tell us your preferences so we can confirm the arrangements and costs in your quotation.
Can you arrange dinner after the ceremony?
Yes, as a separately quoted addition. Options include a private salon at Lapérouse with butler service, a restaurant’s main dining room, or private dining on the residential rooftop. We confirm the date, setting and arrangements before booking. A private salon does not mean exclusive use of the entire restaurant.
Can we bring our parents or a few friends?
Tell us how many people you would like to invite before choosing the setting. We confirm the permitted numbers and arrangements, including seating, access, transport and dinner where relevant. Guest capacity depends on the specific space and agreed plan.
Which languages can we plan in?
Planning is available in English and French, with Russian through Nadia. Spanish-language support can also be arranged; tell us your preference when you inquire. We confirm your lead planner and language support before booking.
What if we already have a photographer or another supplier?
Share their details before booking. We discuss how they would fit the setting and schedule, including access and venue requirements, then agree our planning scope and quotation with you. If photography is the only service you need, explore our elopement photography service.
What happens if it rains?
We discuss weather arrangements for your chosen setting in advance, including what is available, who makes the decision and any extra charges. Planning work begins well before the day, and rain does not automatically cancel your booking. Any timing, venue or date changes depend on availability and your booking agreement.
Is the ceremony legally binding?
A nonreligious symbolic ceremony has no legal effect; it can take place before or after your legal marriage. A French civil marriage has separate eligibility and paperwork requirements, and religious ceremonies follow separate rules. Read our France marriage guide and confirm your situation with the relevant civil authority.
Can we plan from abroad, and how do we begin?
Yes. We can discuss the plans by call, WhatsApp and email while your lead planner coordinates in Paris. Start with your date or travel window, guest count and wishes. Before booking, we confirm the setting, services, quotation, lead planner, working language and payment terms.
