Vahe and Christina’s proposal film
Family drinks, then a private rooftop
Vahe and Christina arrived at L’Oiseau Blanc to join relatives and friends for drinks before dinner. Christina knew the family was there. The surprise was waiting on the Secret Table, one level above.
When Vahe suggested a few photographs, the hostess offered to show them a better view upstairs. Christina stepped onto a terrace framed in white and pale pink flowers. Harp and violin began to play, with the Eiffel Tower behind the proposal setting. Vahe took her hand, led her to the center and knelt.
After she said yes, they celebrated with family and posed for photographs before returning to the gathering at L’Oiseau Blanc.
A private proposal, a family evening across Paris
The question belonged to Vahe and Christina. The evening included everyone. We had to keep the rooftop proposal out of sight, then bring the group from The Peninsula to a private Seine yacht and dinner near the Arc de Triomphe.
A reason to go upstairs
The hostess’s invitation to take photographs explained why Vahe and Christina were leaving the family and why only the two of them would go to the upper terrace. We coordinated that invitation with the hotel team and the rooftop preparations.
Music and a clear Eiffel Tower view
A white carpet and a heart of white petals marked the proposal setting. The flowers framed the terrace while leaving the Eiffel Tower visible. The harpist, violinist, photographer and filmmaker had their positions before the couple arrived.
The celebration continued across Paris
After The Peninsula, chauffeured cars took the group to Yacht Joséphine for a private Seine cruise. Dinner followed at Victoria Paris near the Arc de Triomphe. Each departure had to fit the next reservation.
How we planned the evening
01 · An invitation upstairs
Vahe kept in touch with the planning team before they arrived. The family came first, and the hostess waited by the door. The photo invitation began only when the upper terrace was ready.
02 · The family joined the celebration
After the proposal came champagne and photographs with family. Returning to L’Oiseau Blanc brought the celebration back to the gathering Christina already knew about.
03 · From the hotel to the Seine
A Rolls-Royce was arranged for Vahe and Christina, with Maybachs and Mercedes V-Class vehicles for the family. The transfers connected the hotel, Port Debilly, the private river cruise and dinner.
The result
Christina came to meet her family for drinks and left with an engagement ring. Vahe had his private proposal, and the family had an evening together that continued beyond the rooftop: a Seine cruise on Yacht Joséphine, then dinner at Victoria Paris. Why the Secret Table?
The Secret Table placed the proposal above L’Oiseau Blanc, where Vahe and Christina’s family could gather for drinks. The two terraces gave the couple privacy for the question and an easy return to the group afterward.
L’Oiseau Blanc operates the Secret Table. We coordinated the access, photo invitation and terrace arrangements with the hotel team.
